Please note that my prices do not include the platform’s monthly or annual fees (Wix, Squarespace, etc.). Each of the following packages is an example of the type of website packages I can offer. • Pages: Typically 3-5 pages (e.g. Home, About, Services, Contact, and a simple Blog).

• Content: The client provides all text and images.

The 'Magazine' package
For businesses that need more content and a more robust platform. This includes up to 15 pages, advanced features, and a more customised design.
A typical ‘Magazine’ website package might include the following:
• Built in a CMS Platform: WordPress or Squarespace/Wix with more advanced features.
• Pages: 8-15 pages, including a more comprehensive blog or "Articles" section.
• Design: A more customised and unique design, potentially with a custom-built theme or more in-depth template customisation.
• Advanced Features: Enhanced SEO, email marketing integration (Mailchimp, ConvertKit), photo galleries, advanced contact forms, or a simple members' area.
• Content: I work with you to structure the content, but you are responsible for providing the final text and images.

A typical ‘E-commerce’ package might include the following:

• Pages: 15+ pages, including all necessary e-commerce pages (Shop, Product pages, Cart, Checkout, My Account, etc.).
• Product Setup: I can set up, up to 10-20 product pages initially, with clear instructions on how to add more.
• Advanced Features: Payment gateway integration (Stripe, PayPal), shipping and tax setup, customer accounts, basic product SEO, and marketing tool integration.
• Training: A video tutorial or PDF guide to show you how to manage your e-commerce store, add products, and process orders.

A typical ‘Ticketing & Events’ package might include the following:
CMS Platform: Squarespace Events, Wix Events, Shopify (with event apps), WordPress with The Events Calendar or WooCommerce Bookings/Tickets.
• Pages: Around 10–15 pages, including essential event pages (Events Calendar, Event Details, Tickets, Checkout, Contact, etc.).
• Event & Ticket Setup: I can set up 5–10 events with ticket options initially, with clear instructions on how to add and manage more.

Maintenance & Updates (Retainer)
A monthly retainer for ongoing support, updates, and content changes is designed to provide consistent maintenance and timely improvements to your digital platform. Pricing varies based on the complexity of your website and the number of hours needed each month to fulfill your requirements. This flexible approach ensures you receive tailored support aligned with your business needs without unexpected costs..
Copy writing
If you do not have any content yet for your website, I can assist with creating it for an additional charge. I will collaborate to structure the content based on your specific needs and goals, ensuring it effectively supports your online presence and business growth.
Content Migration
If you're moving from an old site, transferring content to a new site I can assist with this task. I can provide a separate quote. Cost will depend on what content needs transferring.
Professional Photography
I can recommend a professional photographer and can manage this part of the project for a fee.
Hosting & Domain Management
I can provide support with purchasing, setting up, and managing your domains and hosting services to ensure a smooth online experience. Please note that the costs associated with domain registration and hosting plans are your responsibility. I will guide you through the technical aspects and recommended providers, but all fees for these services must be covered by you.
Custom Features
Any unique functionality not covered in the packages or these add-ons we can discuss but require a separate quote based on my hourly rate.
